About the position
Skully's Music Diner is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team at our music venue in Columbus, OH. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a lively atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality service and a fun, engaging atmosphere that celebrates music and community. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of full-service bar experience or equivalent experience, such as working as a barista. You will be expected to work during our open hours, which include evenings from Wednesday through Sunday. Flexibility and availability to work nights are essential, as our venue thrives during these times. We are looking for someone with an open personality who enjoys interacting with a diverse clientele and appreciates various music genres. In addition to bartending duties, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, adhering to food safety standards, and operating the POS system efficiently. Background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process, and we are looking for serious, honest, and reliable applicants who are committed to their role and the team.
