About The Position

The Bartender (On Call) position at Flik Hospitality Group involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area.
• Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes.
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks.
• Checks guests for proper identification and detects guest inebriation.
• Receives cash from guests and ensures proper execution of charges.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash drops securely.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
