About the position
As a Bartender/Server at Windance Country Club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to all patrons and members. This role requires adherence to the standards set forth by management, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will be working in The View at 19, which is an a`la carte restaurant, and will need to manage your responsibilities effectively during peak business hours. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and welcoming. You will also be expected to follow HACCP procedures and guidelines to maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Your ability to handle high-volume situations with grace and efficiency will be crucial to your success in this position.

Requirements
