Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, including classic cocktails
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing
• Excellent math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
• Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Experience with banquet bartending is an asset

Responsibilities

• Prepare or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
• Sell unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
