About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch service in various settings including fine dining, banquets, and nightclubs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommend drink options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to handle cash register operations efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
