Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wines, beers, and other beverages to guests.
- Collect payments for beverages and food served in the lounge area.
- Maintain the bar area by ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies such as ice and garnishes.
- Utilize the Micros system for order processing and end-of-shift reporting.
- Create an attractive display of bottles and glasses according to specifications.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of cashiering/cash handling experience.
- Previous bartender experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
