About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our festive team at LOULOU Rooftop-Restaurant & Lounge in Santa Monica, CA. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Bartending experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers is essential.
• Familiarity with fine dining service is a plus.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash management and drink measurements.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food handling as needed, including serving appetizers or snacks to guests.
