We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Kung Fu Kitchen. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall experience of patrons by crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for special events or banquets as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
