About the position
This position is for a Bartender at the Falcon Dunes Golf Course on Luke AFB, AZ. The role is part-time and flexible, with no guaranteed hours or benefits. The bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and handling cash transactions.
Responsibilities
- Operate a full service bar.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to order, following established recipes.
- Wash glasses and bar equipment, and prepare garnishes for mixed drinks.
- Ensure proper operation of the bar, including receipts and inventory accountability.
- Accept money, operate cash register, and make change.
Requirements
- Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients.
- Cash handling and customer service experience.
- Ability to lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds, pull and push objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to and over 40 pounds.
