About the position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in training new bartenders or bar staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling and drink pricing.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and food pairings is desirable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
