About the position
As a Bartender at Outback Steakhouse, you will be responsible for crafting drinks to perfection and providing exceptional service to enhance the dining experience for guests. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, and teamwork within a fun and spirited environment.
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
- Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving customers responsibly.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell items effectively.
- Serve as a resource for servers by answering questions about spirited drinks.
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California-based positions (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
