Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to each guest.
• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory.
• Complete all required training and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Assist other teams as needed to improve hotel operations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Organizational skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to maintain a clean and attractive work area and uniform.
• Integrity and humility, living by the Golden Rule.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform work for 8 hours in a restrictive environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role.
• Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques.
