Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and Aloha POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
