About the position
The Bartender at Otto Pizza is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The Bartender will also collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal drinking age.
