About the position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with an understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to provide exceptional hospitality and cater to diverse customer needs.

• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
