Bartender

About the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team at Delta Hotels in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the bar's cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all served items.

Requirements

• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
