As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they are seated. You will be responsible for setting up the bar area, which includes preparing pour and glassware stations before opening and restocking beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed throughout your shift.
