About the position
The Bartender at The Oven Epping is responsible for providing an excellent experience for guests by mixing traditional and creative cocktails, verifying customer identification, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. This role requires building rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Requirements
- Experience in bartending
