About the position

The Bartender position at Newark Liberty International Airport involves providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests while making recommendations and serving food and beverages.
• Prepare and mix all drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following company specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, stock the bar, and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, compile credit card receipts, and update tabs accurately.
• Ensure the bar is clean and organized, washing glassware and utensils as required.
• Monitor intoxicated guests, report concerns to the manager on duty, and assist with moving kegs and supplies.

Requirements

• Must have basic barista skills.
• Must be able to serve and prepare food.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
• Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
