About the position
The Sandbar in Delray Beach is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to provide friendly and attentive service in a high-volume restaurant bar environment. This full-time position requires candidates to be highly motivated with a flexible schedule, capable of working both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle cash and process transactions using the bar POS system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant bar environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with bar POS systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
