About the position

The Bartender position at J. Alexander's Restaurant involves providing exceptional guest service and hospitality in a contemporary American dining environment. Bartenders are expected to create a welcoming atmosphere while serving food, fine wine, and cocktails, contributing to an all-around excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality in the bar area.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist in managing bar inventory and supplies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations).
• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
