About the position

The BAS/BMS Application Engineer will play a crucial role in the startup and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) control systems. This position involves working with the Tridium Niagara platform, overseeing hardware installation, software programming, and repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems at customer locations. The engineer will contribute to the company's reputation as a leader in HVAC solutions by ensuring high-quality service and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Startup and commissioning of BAS/BMS control systems.
• Oversee hardware installation and software programming.
• Repair DDC systems at customer locations.
• Conduct testing within the Tridium Niagara platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Familiarity with BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or Daikin.

Nice-to-haves

• Tridium Niagara experience and/or certification.
• HVAC controls programming experience.
• DDC Controls experience.
