Eurpac Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Base Manager/Brand Ambassador at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, focusing on the Adult Beverage industry. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible part-time work, such as spouses, students, or retirees. The Base Manager will be responsible for various tasks at Exchange locations, including maintaining shelf placement, conducting inventory checks, and performing in-store demonstrations of alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations.
• Maintain proper call frequency to Exchange locations.
• Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items.
• Fill store shelves with back-stock when opportunities exist.
• Secure display activity and build displays as needed.
• Scan store for missing items and obtain missing distribution.
• Conduct inventory checks and write orders for VON related items.
• Meet with each store manager as scheduled by the Area Manager.
• Responsible for shelf management including facings, resets, and pricing compliance.
• Check code dates and proper rotation of products.
• Write up/return 'out of dates' as outlined in specific manufacturers' policies.
• Communicate timely with the Area Manager using best practices.
• Sell promotions as outlined and report results to the Area Manager.
• Build displays and place Point of Sale materials as directed.
• Report low or out of stock issues to the Facility Manager.
• Complete call reporting procedures while in store.
• Conduct in-store retail package goods demonstrations, including alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Access to a computer, printer, and smartphone.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Background in grocery and/or retail is extremely helpful.

Nice-to-haves

• Existing military base access is strongly preferred.
