The Baseball Pickleball Tennis and Golf Instructor position at Youth Athletes United (YAU) involves coaching youth sports to help children develop their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. Responsibilities

• Coach small groups of children in baseball, pickleball, tennis, and golf.
• Develop children's skills in physical literacy and teamwork.
• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to build confidence in young athletes.
• Engage in various programs such as classes, camps, and afterschool enrichment.
• Communicate effectively with children and parents to build strong relationships.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a coaching team.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and improving their physical literacy and gross motor skills.
• Strong sports background with general sports knowledge in baseball, pickleball, tennis, or golf.
• Reliable transportation to local schools and parks for program delivery.
• Effective communication skills to build relationships with children and parents.
• Punctuality for scheduled classes and activities.
