About the position

Grifols is seeking dedicated LPNs/LVNs, Paramedics, and EMTs to join our Plasma Donation Center team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. Building rapport with donors is essential to ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain donor and staff confidentiality. You will be responsible for educating donors about potential hazards and providing counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Additionally, you will evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, ensuring that all evaluations of any history of illness or medications are conducted to confirm continued donor suitability. You will also assist in employee training and administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program. Responsibilities

  • Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability

Requirements

  • Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician
  • Current CPR certification required
