- Oversee the transfer of batches to production lines and coordinate with the production team to keep the lines moving smoothly.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the batch tanks and work areas, adhering to industry standards and practices.
- Take responsibility for maintaining batch readiness records for quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Batch Maker in the food or beverage industry is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of personal growth objectives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of inputs to finished products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
- Excellent attendance history.
