Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs.
• Analyze, design and write specifications and requirements for program development.
• Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in task assignments.
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects.
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews.
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in C/Unix Linux Systems.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and complex SQL work with query tuning expertise.
• Experience with Batch job automation and notification services.
• Experience with Rules Engine and BPA Rules Sheets is a plus.
• Java and/or .NET experience is a plus.
• Healthcare/Medicaid work experience is a plus.
