Responsibilities
- Processing medical claims by verifying and updating information about submitted claims.
- Reviewing work processes required to determine reimbursement.

- Reviewing charges and calling insurance companies to resolve customer issues for claim payments.
- Collaborating with payment posters and assisting with revising Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
- Working closely with insurance companies to obtain necessary information to close patient claims.
