Responsibilities

• Load ready mix trucks with concrete and guide drivers through the plant.
• Batch quality concrete within specifications using a computer system.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure concrete delivery meets specifications.
• Work effectively as a team member and take initiative to solve problems before they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong work ethic and proven ability to work independently.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
