The role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently across all phases of bathroom renovation.

Responsibilities

• Complete demolition of existing bathroom structures.
• Prepare shower pockets for installation.
• Collaborate with plumbers and electricians during the remodeling process.
• Install modular fiberglass shower systems, including Schluter and Wedi products.
• Lay tile and ensure high-quality finishes in bathroom remodels.
• Lead bathroom remodeling projects and potentially oversee the entire bathroom team in the future.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in all facets of bathroom remodeling.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Experience with Schluter, Wedi, and other modular fiberglass shower systems.
• Tile laying ability is a significant plus.
• Must pass a background check to comply with state and federal contracts.
