About The Position
As a Laser Tag Referee at Battle House Laser Tag, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience while engaging in laser tag games. Your primary responsibility will be to stand in front of groups of players, demonstrating how to properly use the laser tag equipment and ensuring that all participants are fully aware of the rules and mission objectives. You will be the face of our facility, responsible for maintaining a fun and safe environment for all players. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage large groups effectively. You will also be expected to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the facility and equipment, contributing to a culture of pride and excellence within our team. In addition to your responsibilities as a referee, you will have the opportunity to work with an awesome team of individuals who share your passion for providing exceptional service. The role requires flexibility, as weekend shifts are necessary, and you will have the option to work either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. For full-time positions, you can expect to work between 32 to 45 hours weekly, while part-time roles will typically involve around 15 to 20 hours per week. This is a dynamic and engaging position that allows you to interact with customers and create memorable experiences in a fun and energetic environment.
