As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in our retail leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus. You will implement and sustain magazine direction to optimize business and bring the product story to life. Consistently leading the focus on delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences while implementing sales strategies will be key to your success. You will partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities. Additionally, you will maintain policies and procedures while incorporating asset protection and safety messages into daily operations.
