In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, reinforcing customer buying decisions at checkout, and recovering merchandise on the sales floor. You will also be tasked with replenishing merchandise to meet brand standards, processing merchandise to ensure it is sales floor ready, and maintaining the back room. Additionally, you will assist with various projects, including floorset and shipment processing, while adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as asset protection and safety messages in daily operations. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the store and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout
• Recover merchandise on the sales floor
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room
• Assist with other projects as needed including floorset and shipment processing
• Abide by policies and procedures as advised
• Abide by Asset Protection and safety messages in daily operations

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of retail operations

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail experience

• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
