About the position

The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) at Accel Therapies is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients with disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, supervising staff, and providing training to parents and caregivers, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Provide parent and caregiver training for clients.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally.
• Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
• Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to develop empirically based intervention methods.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Support quality assurance and training functions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Supervising experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and ensure safety.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telehealth environments.
• Familiarity with data tracking and clinical note applications.
