About the position

The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) at ABA Pathways LLC is responsible for supervising and managing clinical services at a local level. This role involves overseeing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and stakeholder needs. The ACD will conduct quality reviews of ABA services, provide staff supervision, manage clinical cases, and collaborate with various departments to develop and implement programs and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage clinical services on a local level.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
  • Conduct quality reviews of ABA services.
  • Provide staff supervision and reinforce Pathways policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain assigned clinical cases.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director or Regional Director in developing clinic goals and objectives.
  • Manage program supervisors and lead behavior technicians in task assignment and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments in program and policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing and government regulations with Human Resources.
  • Attend Community Mental Health meetings with the Clinical Director or Regional Director.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with services and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in employee recruitment, selection, and training with Human Resources.
  • Host staff meetings and provide monthly ABA training for staff.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and seminars.
  • Oversee the Behavior Analyst in Training Program.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree required.
  • Two to four years of experience in a related field.
