About the position

The Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or the Senior Clinical Supervisor. This role involves developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and supporting ABA therapy programs across various settings. The BCBA is responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians and providing training to parents and caregivers, ensuring effective implementation of therapy programs and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight across assigned cases.
  • Oversee, supervise, train, mentor case managers and behavior therapists.
  • Ensure programs are being implemented correctly and consistently.
  • Monitor progress across programs and ensure family satisfaction.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior strategies.
  • Assist in the development and facilitate training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Complete mandatory clinical session notes on time.
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Attend monthly management meetings to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure the electronic data collection system is updated with the latest progress reports.
  • Remain proficient with policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology or related field.
  • Current/valid BCBA Certification.
  • CPR and BLS certification (or obtain upon hire).
  • Completed the 8-hour BCBA Supervision course per the BACB.
  • 2 years of management/supervisor experience leading team members.
  • Valid California driver's license and personal reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with technology, including Microsoft and electronic data collection systems.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Pass TB test and background check.
