About The Position

Requirements

  • BCBA Licensure
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
  • Ability to develop strong, professional relationships

Responsibilities

  • Supervise ABA implementers
  • Prepare and facilitate staff training
  • Weekly collaboration with caregivers
  • Track progress of clients on caseload
  • Attend supervision and clinical meetings
  • Advocate for ABA services as appropriate
  • Complete assessment and treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation and reports
  • Maintain continuing education units (CEUs)
  • Follow the policies and procedures of ABSpectrum, LLC
  • Assist in the development and growth of future Early Intervention Clinics
  • Remain in good standing with BACB guidelines for retaining licensure and supervisory requirements.
