About The Position

The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) position involves working in a collaborative environment with a team of professionals to provide therapy through play for clients in early intervention clinics. The role emphasizes a child-led learning approach and offers a flexible schedule, allowing BCBAs to work four days in the clinic and one day remotely. The position includes responsibilities such as supervising ABA implementers, preparing staff training, and maintaining compliance with BACB guidelines.

Requirements

• BCBA Licensure
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
• Ability to develop strong, professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA implementers
• Prepare and facilitate staff training
• Weekly collaboration with caregivers
• Track progress of clients on caseload
• Attend supervision and clinical meetings
• Advocate for ABA services as appropriate
• Complete assessment and treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation and reports
• Maintain continuing education units (CEUs)
• Follow the policies and procedures of ABSpectrum, LLC
• Assist in the development and growth of future Early Intervention Clinics
• Remain in good standing with BACB guidelines for retaining licensure and supervisory requirements.
