About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Greenlight ABA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorders. This part-time role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model. The BCBA will collaborate with team members, families, and other service providers to enhance the quality of life for clients and their families through evidence-based practices and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide training and coaching.
• Collaborate with clients' treatment teams and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes.
• Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources.
• Conduct supervision in clients' homes and through telehealth.

Requirements

• Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• Must have a Utah LBA through the DOPL.
• Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance.
