About the position
Northeast Family Services is seeking Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer family consultations and training. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, allowing BCBAs to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with options for hybrid in-person and telehealth cases. This position is ideal for dedicated behavioral health professionals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children, adults, and families.
Responsibilities
- Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide family consultations and training.
- Supervise behavior technicians and provide direct treatment.
- Focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
- Complete all required documentation for ongoing treatment, including instructional programs, data collection, and progress reports.
- Develop behavior support plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments.
Nice-to-haves
- Current LABA certification preferred.
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
