About the position
The BCBA Supervisor position is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality behavior therapy through a unique approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role emphasizes team collaboration and aims to create a positive workplace culture while delivering measurable results in behavior therapy for children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Supervise home care services for clients receiving ABA therapy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA techniques.
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in home care supervision is necessary.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with a naturalistic ABA approach is preferred.
