About the position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Therapy Smarts, Inc. involves providing pediatric services in a hybrid work environment, combining both onsite and remote work. Responsibilities
- Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
- Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
- Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
- Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of ABA including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.
- 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Problem-solver with excellent time management and organizational skills.
