About the position

The BCBA Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers is responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality clinical care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves mentoring staff, managing a small caseload, and overseeing clinical training and compliance. The position emphasizes individualized care, professional development, and a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Manage a client caseload of 3 patients.
  • Ensure clinical quality training and compliance at the center.
  • Conduct initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Provide 15+ treatment hours per week with clients.
  • Offer family guidance on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to ABC's core values.
  • Assist with intakes, discharge, and transition planning for clients.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification.
  • Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
  • Commitment to being a leader for the team.
