About the position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide impactful support in the field while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. This role combines in-person supervision with remote flexibility, allowing the supervisor to manage a manageable caseload while making a significant difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians in the field.
• Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision as needed.
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration and support.
• Handle documentation and reporting related to client progress and supervision.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably with children on the spectrum.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write reports.
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training and ongoing CEUs.
