About the position
We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in a school district in Manteno, Illinois, for the 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will work with students, particularly those on the autism spectrum, and assist in addressing various behavioral needs across multiple campuses. This role involves collaboration with teachers and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities
- Work with students on the Autism spectrum and other students with various behavioral needs.
- Collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with teachers and assist in their classrooms.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience required.
- Masters Level Degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field.
- Must hold a National BCBA Certification.
- Must hold an active BCBA State Teaching License.
