About the position

The School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is a full-time role located in Randolph, MA, aimed at providing behavioral support to students in a school district for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will work primarily with preschool and kindergarten students, focusing on developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support their educational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral support and intervention for students in preschool and kindergarten classrooms.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and behavior.
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and progress.
  • Participate in meetings with parents and school staff to discuss student progress.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field.
  • Active National BCBA Certification.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
  • Experience with elementary to high school students is a plus.
