About the position
The Regional Director position at Beacon ABA Services involves overseeing home and school-based intensive behavioral services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to supervise treatment teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct intake visits with potential clients. The Regional Director will also have opportunities to present research at conventions and manage a team of behavior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform intake visits with potential clients.
- Oversee the development of individual goals and objectives for clients.
- Develop written guidelines for behavior interventions, teaching plans, and programs.
- Manage a team of behavior technicians.
- Conduct and present research at local and national conventions.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA Certification.
- Current LABA in Massachusetts.
- Three years of experience in an applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs.
