Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations.
• Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
• Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
• Support other critical functions like quality assurance and training.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
• Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Supervising experience.
