About the position
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Compleat Kidz, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive ABA therapy services to children aged birth to 18 years. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of therapy by a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position emphasizes a team approach to patient care and is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
- Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy by a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs and coordinate with families and RBTs/BTs.
- Train and manage all BTs/RBTs, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Carry a rotating case load of children needing extra attention and support.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
- North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or obtain the NC license within 30 days of employment required.
- Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills.
