About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Action Behavior Centers involves providing individualized care and treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). BCBAs will manage cases, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment with a focus on clinician freedom and minimal administrative burdens.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
• Providing 30+ treatment hours per week for clients
• Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
• Leading and educating a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
• Collaborating with a team dedicated to living ABC's core values
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on the caseload
• Engaging, mentoring, and inspiring a team of BCBAs and RBTs as a Clinical Director
• Handling a client caseload of 3 patients as a Clinical Director
• Ensuring clinical quality training and compliance at the center

Requirements

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
• BCBA/Senior BCBA/Clinical Director candidates must be a certified BCBA for at least 3 years
• A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
