About the position

Journey ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Natick, MA. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality clinical care in a supportive and ethically driven environment. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients' behaviors and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and behavior technicians. We pride ourselves on maintaining small caseloads, allowing our BCBAs to dedicate ample time to each client and provide increased supervision to our behavior technicians. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $104,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on billable hours worked. In this role, you will conduct initial assessments and reassessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and supervise and train behavioral technicians. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional assessments, reviewing program effectiveness, and designing positive behavior support plans tailored to each child's needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors when clinically warranted
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
  • Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
  • Train parents, caregivers, and behavior therapist staff on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements

  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active MA LABA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
  • Driver's License
  • Health care industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
  • Must be fully COVID vaccinated

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Supervision and Training
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting
